公司近来有个新的决策，就是要更换我们的电邮，由本来的Microsoft Outlook 换去谷歌邮(google mail)。原因是储藏的容量比较大。
一直以来工作上正式的通讯我都是习惯了用Ms Outlook，多数公司都是这样，可以说已经用得得心应手。
只有其他的私人电邮才会用其他的。这样一换，觉得很不习惯，人就是这样，习惯了就不想改变。
无论如何，九月五日放完假回来上班，我的电邮已经正式迁移至谷歌邮了。
刚刚开始还觉得怪怪的，不像在上班工作。因为谷歌邮还可有Theme设置，看起来好像不公式化，不过这样却好像蛮有趣的。
想不到，我还是很快就适应了。到现在，我最不喜欢的地方是谷歌邮不可以直接Cut & Paste图片或print screen。也不可以直接attach item，也就是说不可以直接attach另外一张相关电邮。
还有就是我写部落格用的是另一个谷歌帐号，所以我必须转来转去，用不同的帐户，不可以再选择“always sign-in"了。
不过它也有比较好用的地方，就是容易Access, 不需要VPN。而且不会再收到邮户过满的问题了。

microsoft outlook is just an email client not an email account :) So you can actually using microsoft outlook to retrieve all your emails from all your email accounts that you have such as Google Mail. So why stop using MS Outlook ? license issues ? or maybe you should check it out with your IT :)
Install another web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox then you can sign in 2 account via 2 web browser.
习惯了就不想改变...

不过这是个好的改变，我都爱用gmail...容易规划
Jeff, I really dunno how to differentiate what is email client and what is email account. Haha...
From what u explain, seems like we are using our own company email add, but using google as email client.
I am not in IT, dun un why need to change. Is there are space limit with MsOutloook?

I got Google Chrome installed, but i dunno what is the different in between GC & IE. Now i know, thanks..hehe

google is hosting your co email now, you can either login to your mail via internet browser, like how you login to your gmail or you can actually retrieve via MS Outlook, but of cause there are some setting need to be done. The different between this is, if via int browser, all your mails will be saving in Google's server and there is a mail quota set for each mail account (i think arnd 10-12GB if not mistaken) but there is no hdd space taken from your local harddrvie and if you retrieve via MS Outlook, you can either keep a copy at both Google's server and your local hdd, or only your local hdd, either way, there will be HDD space taken from your local harddrive.
